Vect Tools are DevTools utilities for Vect. They are recommended to be used by an engineer.
The Upload file to repository utility batches file operations on the Vect repository. You can use it to create and modify multiple files at once. Uploaded files are not automatically committed, and you will be able to continue working on them using the Edit view.
