Access your identity manager to create an IAM User (either AWS Console or other provider)
Attach the AmazonAthenaFullAccess policy to the IAM user. This policy provides full access to Athena, which includes the ability to run queries and read data.
Ensure that Vect's IP addresses are allowed access by configuring the appropriate security group or network ACL rules in your VPC.
